2024 China Yarn Expo Spring | eSUNFiber's Debut a Resounding Success

On March 8th, 2024, China Yarn Expo Spring successfully concluded in Shanghai. During the exhibition, there was a constant stream of visitors, highlighting the vibrant vitality of the industry as a leading event for textile sourcing.

 

The 2024 China Yarn Expo Spring also marked the first public offline appearance of eSUNFiber.

The trend of eco-textiles has spread worldwide, focusing on developing and applying bio-based fibers. eSUNFiber has exhibited polylactic acid fibers, non-woven products, and their applications in various fields, attracting numerous domestic and international visitors for consultations and viewings.

Polylactic acid fiber hailed as "eco-fiber," possesses excellent environmental attributes and shares a similar weak acidity with human skin. It is naturally skin-friendly, antibacterial, anti-mite, and hypoallergenic, offering good drape, smoothness, breathability, and a glossy appearance. Additionally, textile products made from polylactic acid fiber are characterized by their self-extinguishing properties, ensuring high safety in use.

Based on the above performance characteristics, eSUNFiber focused on showcasing our applications in clothing and home textiles at this exhibition. Products such as quilts and blankets made from 100% polylactic acid material have clear advantages in terms of antibacterial, anti-mite, and anti-allergy properties, while polylactic acid T-shirts and pajamas are skin-friendly, smooth, breathable, and provide excellent user experience.

In addition, the event also showcased a variety of other applications. These include polylactic acid non-woven fabric bags for planting flowers, polylactic acid tea bags, peach packaging bags, disposable slippers, and more. The use of polylactic acid sand barriers has gradually expanded in regions such as Inner Mongolia and Gansu. The diverse application scenarios have attracted many industry users to come for consultations.

 

Bio-based fiber materials have been identified as a key direction for technological breakthroughs in the "Textile Industry Quality Improvement and Upgrade Plan (2023-2025)".
