About OTWORLD

The Leipzig OTWORLD in Germany started in 1973 and is held every two years. It is one of the world's largest exhibitions for prosthetics, orthotics, and rehabilitation technology. It provides a platform for information exchange for product manufacturers and dealers worldwide and is always held in Leipzig, Germany. During the exhibition, visitors can learn about products, collect orthotic supplies, disabled persons' supplies, and information on rehabilitation scientific research achievements, and exchange ideas with experts worldwide.

About the foot and spine health solution

This time, iSUN3D will showcase our latest products at booth F62 in Hall 1! It is worth mentioning that Pedcad Foot Technology GmbH, a partner of iSUN3D, is a top foot specialist from Germany. We jointly establish the foundation and framework for a digital foot and spine health solution by utilizing Chinese technological innovation and German top standards. The solution is based on digital applications, providing a closed-loop process from data collection to design and production. Starting with data collection, customers' basic information, scanning information, and foot pressure information will be precisely captured through sensitive data collection devices; scientific assessment serves as an auxiliary basis, relying on Gait Sensor Board and body measurement mirrors, static pressure capture, and full-body auxiliary information can be completed. Based on medical and sports analysis algorithms and an intelligent cloud data management system, accurate personal foot information is obtained to implement the third step, professional orthotists designing custom orthotic insoles based on the information provided. It is tailored to each individual's situation, relying on scientific, experienced, and standard technical processes to make each pair of insoles unique, all in pursuit of the most accurate and comfortable effect. Finally, there is a dedicated production room for professional production operations, achieving 24-hour professional printing of insoles and ensuring production.
